Positioning the equipment in the hovercraft
Battery
The picture above shows the postion of the RC-equipment inside the hovercraft top-hull as installed on the RTR-Version and
as you should position them in the ARTR version. (Also take a look at the diagrams below showing the different options).
Your Dragstair will be ready to run as soon as your battery is charged. First switch on the transmitter, with the throttle stick
at its minimum then connect the battery to the electronic speed controller (ESC). The motors wil twitch shortly, now turn the
rudder once left and right, and the Dragstair is ready to hover.

The Dragstair RTR version is confi gured
as a Formula 2 type with one ESC for
both motors. The RTR versions 15A ESC
may only be powered by a 2s 7,4V
LI-Po battery when both motors are
connected to it.
The fi rst performance upgrade is bu-
ying a second ESC for the thrustmotor
(30A or more) or a complete brushless
set like IKARUS #4026003 and using
the 15A ESC for the liftmotor, so both
motors can be regulated seperately.
If powered by 3s batteries, use our alu-
minium prop adaptor.
Your Dragstair now belongs to the
Formula 1 class with two independed
ESC for both motors.
