TEXIBLE Wisbi is not a medical device and must not be used
®
to diagnose or treat illnesses. Ask your doctor for prevention,
diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
The TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter must be placed under or next to
the bed in a way that there is no danger for the patient through
the cable.
Note for care workers
TEXIBLE Wisbi is a support aid for care workers and does not serve
as a replacement. TEXIBLE Wisbi must be checked for functionality
before each use.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
TEXIBLE Wisbi is free of maintenance except when the battery
needs replacement. Only tighten the screws on the battery
compartment slightly.
The following steps should be considered if the function is
restricted:

Is the bed pad correctly connected and the transmitter
switched on?
•
Is the TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter connected with the
receiver?
•
Is the transmitter battery functioning?
•
Is the bed pad free of defects?
If the mentioned points are fulfilled, but the function is still limited,
please contact the technical staff.
Note: The TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter and the receiver form an encrypted
paging system. Both should be clearly marked that they don't get mixed up.
This ensures that the call is only triggered for the room in question.
Make sure that the radio link is unobstructed. Do not mount in distribution
boxes, metal enclosures or close to large metal objects.
