After use
10 Unplug the appliance.
Emptying the crumb tray
11 Remove the crumb tray located on the back of the appliance and empty over a bin. Clean with a
slightly damp cloth.
Storage
12 Wind the power cord around the cord storage.
Removing toasts: Caution! Bread slices and parts of the appliance get very hot and stay hot for some
time after operation. Do not use conductive tools, such as a fork, to remove toast from the appliance as
this may damage the heating elements.
Removing lodged toasts:
If toast is lodged inside the appliance, press the CANCEL button and disconnect the power plug

from the electrical outlet.

Wait until the appliance has cooled completely.

Remove toast carefully and take care not to damage the heating elements.
