3.  Basic settings for the chronograph hand
After changing the battery, or, in exceptional circumstances, following
incorrect operation, it is necessary to reset the Chrono indicator to
zero (starting time).
– Check how the chronograph is running by pressing on push‑button
H.
‑ Stop the chronograph by pressing push‑button H.
‑ Reset the chronograph by pressing push‑button I.
‑ Press both push‑buttons simultaneously and the hand advances by
6 seconds.
‑ Pull the crown to position 3 and the seconds stop.
‑ Initialise the minute counter by pressing push‑button I to position
the hand on the '30.
‑ Initialise the big second hand by pressing push‑button H and set it
to midday.
‑ Return the crown to position 1.
‑ Simultaneously press push‑buttons H and I and the chronograph
hands will make a full rotation thus confirming initialisation.
‑ The chronograph is now ready to be used.
Note : After five and a half hours' operation, the chronograph stops
automatically and returns to 0 in order to save the battery.
4.  Using the chronograph (crown in position 1) :
4a) Time measurement :
– To start the chronograph, press push‑button (H).
– To stop the chronograph, press push‑button (H).
– Reset chronograph hands to zero by pressing push‑button (I).

4b) Measuring cumulative times :
– To start the chronograph, press push‑button (H).
– To stop the chronograph, press the same button.
– To start it again, press push‑button (H).
