CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
■
The device is not suitable for being cleaned in
the dishwasher!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents
or cleaning pads to clean the device. These may
damage the surfaces.
• Tap out the grinding compartment (2) and the
lid (1) after every use and clean them with the
cleaning brush that is also supplied.
• Wipe down the device with a damp cloth if
necessary. A little detergent may also be used to
remove more intense soiling.
• All parts must be completely dry before they are
reinserted and used or stored away.
• Store in a cool and dry place protected from
direct sunlight out of the reach of children and
animals.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly, check whether
you are able to rectify the problem yourself. If the
problem cannot be solved with the steps below,
contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical de-
vice yourself!
The device does not work.
The lid (1) is not correctly attached.
► Place the lid on the device so that it rests on
the device fully (without a gap) and then twist it
clockwise until you feel some resistance.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug socket
correctly.
► Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
► Check the fuse of the electrical distributor (fuse
box).
