Can I use my antenna in a basement?
Radio signals cannot normally be received in a cellar. Please note: Other influences that are not related to
the antenna power can also affect the reception. These can be, for example, long distances to the nearest
transmitter or objects that represent a resistance for the signal.

This product may carry the CE mark. It complies with EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU; EU Directive
2014/30/EU; EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU; EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directi-
ve 2012/19/EU.
Disposal instructions
According to the European Directive 2013/56/EU, all electrical and electronic equipment must be
disposed of separately at local collection points. Please observe local regulations and do not dispose
of your old appliances with normal household waste!
Warranty

OEHLBACH ® antennas enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide due to their high quality. This high quality
standard allows OEHLBACH ® antennas to be guaranteed for 2 years. The products are continuously che-
cked and tested during the entire manufacturing process. In case of service, please note the following:
1. The warranty period begins with the purchase of the product.
2. During the warranty period, we will remedy any defects that are demonstrably due to material or
manufacturing defects by replacing or repairing the defective parts at our discretion. Further claims,
in particular for reduction, rescission, damages or consequential damages are excluded. The warranty
period shall not be affected by any warranty service provided by us.
3. The product must not have been tampered with improperly.
4. When claiming the warranty, please first contact your specialist dealer. If it should prove necessary to
return the product to us, please ensure that
∙ the product is shipped in its original packaging in perfect condition,
∙ the purchase receipt is attached.
5. are excluded from the warranty:
∙ Illuminants, wearing parts
∙ Transport damage, visible or invisible (complaints for such damage must be submitted immediately to
the transport company.)
∙ Scratches in metal parts, front covers etc. (These defects must be claimed directly to your dealer within
5 days of purchase.)
∙ Errors caused by incorrect installation, incorrect connection, improper operation (see operating instruc-
tions), improper strain or external violent impact.
∙ Improperly repaired or modified equipment that has been opened by anyone other than us.
∙ Consequential damage to third-party equipment
∙ reimbursement of costs in the event of damage being repaired by third parties without our prior consent.
