Setting the Temperature (optional at HC-Series, D-Series and H-Series)
When power is on, LED actual fluid temperature display window lamp flashes and displays fluid's
actual temperature. To set related gears, rotate heating knob. In order to heat the cleaning fluid
during cleaning, so long as the heating switch is rotated clockwise, then it will enter into the
heating state.
The heating temperature can be selected and set freely according to the indication at the edge
of rotary switch on the panel. Once the green heating working indicator lamp is on, the heating
band PTC will also start working and heating the fluid. When the temperature reaches the set
temperature, the green heating working indicator lamp will go off and the heating band PTC will
stop working. When the fluid temperature is lower than the set temoerature, the heating band
PTC will also start working and heating the fluid. Then, the temperature of the fluid will be auto-
matically controlled at the set temperature.
To stop heating, please rotate heating switch back to the „0" position anticlockwise.
The heater can only be operated in parallel with the ultrasonic function!
Important: Heating function is not restriced by the ultrasonic cleaning timing but can work for
a long time (however, it is necessary to make sure there is enough water inside the
slot).
End of the cleaning process
Remove the cleaned items in the stainless steel basket from the tube and rinse them with clean
water to solve any retarded dirt. The cleaning process can also be shortened by turning the time
switch to zero. button slightly. The cleaning tub does not have to be emptied after each cleaning
process, unless the cleaning liquid is extremely soiled.
However, it is recommended that the device have to be emptied whenever it is not used for an
extended period of time. There are certain residues of soiling which can lead to corrosion in the
stainless steel tank. Do not use aqueous cleaning additives in the acidic range (e.g. fluoride, chlo-
ride or bromide ions). Explosive substances and flammable cleaning solutions cannot be used in
the stainless steel tub and should be sonicated.
After the connection cable has been pulled out of the device and the socket, the liquid can be
emptied over the tank corners or via the drain tab. It is recommended to dry the tub with a cloth.
Note:
Please ensure that a degassing time is imperative by hard water (high degree of
lime). In this case we recommend degassing the water for at least 2-3 min. before
placing the parts in to the device.
