BEFORE USE
 Remove all packaging from the unit.
 Remove the lid, basket, handle and any accessory from the appliance.

bowl, basket, handle and housing of the deep fat fryer with warm soapy water with a soft
cloth.
DISASSEMBLING THE DEEP FAT FRYER
 Remove the control panel from the appliance. To do this, gently pull the control panel
upwards until it is released.
 Take the interior bowl with your two hands and pull it up gently.
ASSEMBLING THE DEEP FAT FRYER
 Stand the appliance on a dry horizontal surface.
 Place the bowl back in the housing and push it downwards.

the control panel downward into the location grooves on the back of the housing until it is
