If a battery leaks, never allow skin, eyes, or mucous mem-
branes to come into contact with battery acid. Wear pro-
tective gloves if necessary. In case of contact with battery
acid, rinse the aff ected areas immediately with plenty of
clean water and seek immediate medical help.

Do not use the device in rooms containing easily fl amma-
ble, poisonous or explosive substances.

Do not use the device near highly fl ammable materials
(curtains, textiles, etc.).
■
Do not use the device with extension cables or multiple
socket strips.
■
In case of fi re: Do not put out with water! Smother fl ames
with a fi re-proof blanket or put out using a suitable fi re
extinguisher.

Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.

When changing batteries, pay attention to the polarity (+ / –).

Remove the battery if it is used up or if the remote control
is not going to be used for a long time. This helps prevent
damage from leaks.

Remove leaking batteries immediately.

The battery must not be charged or reactivated by other
means, taken apart, thrown into fi re, submerged in liquids
or short-circuited.

Only connect the device to properly installed sockets that
match the technical data of the device. The socket must
also be easily accessible after connection, so that the net-
work connection can be quickly disconnected.
