Undo the four M5 x 20 mm hex socket bolts on the luggage rack clamps. Remove the
top half of the clamps and undo the lock nuts in the clamping pieces. If you have a 22-
mm handlebar, put the reducer sleeves onto the handlebar. Position the luggage rack
centrally on the handlebar tube so that the clamping pieces are an equal distance to
the left and right of the handlebar mount. Align the clamping pieces with the handlebar
so that the handlebar tube and clamp are parallel. Position the top halves on the
clamping pieces and carefully screw in the 5-mm bolts. Now align the luggage rack, free
of tension, on the motorcycle in such a way that when you attach your luggage, it will
not obstruct any lights or your view of the instruments. Then tighten the clamps on the
handlebar. Do not exceed the maximum torque of 5 Nm. Screw the two M10 lock nuts
until they touch the clamp and tighten them firmly.
7 | How to use
Only use the rack for attaching rigid items of luggage, which must not be too wide (up
to 400 mm, depending on your particular motorcycle), or too heavy (up to 4 kg). Always
make sure that the centre of gravity is centrally located on the rack. Lash the luggage
carefully with sturdy lashing straps, using the bars so that the luggage cannot shift or
detach itself while you are riding your motorcycle. The luggage must not impede the
rider's view.
8 | Cleaning
Use warm soapy water or a motorcycle cleaner and a soft cloth for cleaning the luggage
rack. After cleaning, apply a wax-based care product for protection against the weather.
Chrome polish can be used for removing dirt and rust film on the chrome version of the
luggage rack.

9 | Disposal

Packaging disposal
Please dispose of the packaging appropriately. Dispose of cardboard and cardboard
boxes with waste paper and dispose of plastic film with recyclables.
Luggage rack disposal
If the luggage rack can no longer be used, do not dispose of it with household waste.
Take it to a scrap metal collection point.

10 | Warranty

Take time to prepare your luggage carefully for your next trip, and always follow these
safety and installation instructions. Inappropriate handling, incorrect use or overloading
