Care and cleaning
Clean the appliance after each use.

For your safety, do not clean the appliance with
steam blasters or high-pressure cleaners.
The appliance top
Regularly clean the appliance top. Use a soft
moist cloth and some detergent.
Do not use:
• household detergent and bleach,
• impregnated pads not correct for non-stick
saucepans,
• steel wool pads,
• bath/sink stain removers.
If the appliance top become very dirty,
use:
• For stainless steel hobs use a special clean-
ing agent for stainless steel.
• For other hobs use warm water and soft de-
tergent.

You can remove the control knobs to clean the
appliance surface easy. Pull them up carefully.
The Cast Iron Broiler
Always clean the cast iron broiler when it is suf-
ficiently cool. Wash it in the sink with warm wa-
ter and soft detergent, you can also use soft
moist cloth. Carefully dry the cast iron broiler
before you put it in its position on the hob.
Caution! You can remove the steel
protection pan under the heating element
to clean the appliance more accurate. When
you do that make sure that you put in its correct
position after you clean the appliance. This is
most important for correct operation of the
appliance.
