"Stone plate" cooking mode
Place the stone plate on the appliance.
Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to a wall
outlet.
Turn the thermostat knob to MAX; the indicator light
switches on to red.
Let the appliance preheat for approximately 20
minutes: the indicator light switches off to indicate
the end of the preheating cycle.
Salt the stone plate with fine salt before and during
cooking (this so that the food does not stick).
Place the food to be cooked on the stone plate.
Turn the food from time to time. When cooked,
season the food on its plate (not directly on the stone
plate).
NOTE:
The stone used is a unique natural product. Small
cracks may appear during use. This is normal and
will not affect performance.
After several uses, the stone plate will darken slightly
and this colour will be indelible. This is normal.
During use, the stone accumulates heat: you can

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
The appliance must not be immersed.
Never immerse its power cord or plug in water
or any other liquid.
Do not use sharp, toxic and aggressive
products, such as methylated spirits, industrial
strippers or solvents to clean your device
because they may damage it.
- When you have finished
cooking, switch off your
appliance by setting the
thermostat to MIN to stop
the appliance.

therefore switch off the appliance about 10 minutes
before the end of cooking.
Mini pancakes cooking mode
Place the mini pancakes plate on the appliance.
Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to a wall
outlet.
Turn the thermostat knob to MAX; the indicator light
switches on to red.
Let the appliance preheat for approximately 10
minutes: the indicator light switches off to indicate
the end of the preheating cycle.
Lightly grease the plate. To do this, use a small
culinary brush or a piece of kitchen paper that has
been slightly moistened with oil.
Use a ladle (not supplied with the device). Fill it with
the pancake mixture and pour it into one of the
moulds. Use the bottom of the ladle to spread the
mixture.
To turn the pancakes, use the spatula provided.
When you have finished, turn the thermostat knob
anti-clockwise to MIN. Let the appliance cool down
completely before cleaning it.
- Unplug your appliance
from the power socket.
Cleaning the main unit:
Wipe the outer surfaces of
the appliance with a soft
cloth or sponge.
