ATTACHING TO FENDER
28. Insert the looped end of the spring hook through one
end of a tarp strap. Insert an S-hook through the other
end of the tarp strap. See fi gure 12.
29. Hook the spring hook over one end of the cross tube
and attach the S-hook to the bottom edge of the tractor
fender. See fi gure 12.
30. Repeat steps 28 and 29 for the other tarp strap. Hook
it to the opposite end of the cross tube.
