MODELS
This manual describes the installation,
operation and maintenance of the LI-400
blender.
The reference and characteristics of the
model are listed in the identification plate
located on the machine.
This blender has been designed and
manufactured according to the following
European Standards and Directives:

Low voltage directive 73/23/EEC
Electromagnetic compatibility directive
89/336/EEC
INSTALLATION
Follow the instructions found in this
manual
carefully
to
ensure
performance and long service life of this
machine.

LACEMENT
Place the machine on a firm, flat, horizontal
surface. The machine should be level to
prevent noise and vibration.

LECTRICAL CONNECTION
Before plugging the machine into the
mains, make sure that the voltage in the
mains coincides with the voltage indicated
in the plate of characteristics on the
machine.
Prepare a 2P+E 10A electrical wall output
with earth leakage and thermal-magnetic
protection.
OPERATION
This blender is made to extract juice from
non-squeezable fruit and vegetables.
Activate the switch to turn on the blender.
Never switch the machine on without the

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Important: Before cleaning, checking or
repairing the blender, it is mandatory to
unplug it from the mains.

LEANING
To clean the outside of the blender, use a
damp cloth and any common detergent.
This blender cleans itself automatically by
eliminating organic residue. It does not
require to be cleaned after each use and
only requires a quick rinse. This is done by
pouring a glass of water through the mouth
of the machine with the motor running
(unless soft fruit and vegetables have been
used, in which case, the basket must be
completely cleaned).

OMPLETE CLEANING
For thorough cleaning of the machine,
follow the steps below. Do not wash the
parts that are in contact with food in the
dishwasher.
