Installing a battery

Battery type
Use one CR123A or DL123A type 3V lithium battery in this camera.
When the battery for the camera is replaced, the date/time may be
reset. Be sure to check the day/time after replacing the battery and
correct if necessary. (
14 Preparations
1 Open the battery chamber
lid.
While releasing the lock as indicated by
the arrow in the left illustration, open
the battery chamber lid.
2 Install a new battery.
Insert the battery with the
ends positioned as marked inside the
battery chamber.
3 Close the battery chamber
lid until it clicks.
