If you want to connect a monitor and speakers without using a PC, then you can skip
step 2 and 3.
4. OSD Functions
When you push the button with the "book icon" under it, the converter will show its menu
function. Push the arrow down or arrow up button to choose which function to adjust.
Push the source button to enter the desired function. Push the arrow buttons to adjust
the function level.
Menu options:
BRIGHTNESS: Adjust video display brightness level
CONTRAST: Adjust video display contrast level
COLOR: Adjust video display color level
HUE: Adjust video display Hue level
SHARPNESS: Adjust video display sharpness level
RESOLUTION: Adjust video display resolution. The choices are: "640X480"
"800X600" "1024X768" resolution, the default setting is "1024X768"
resolution
FREQUENCY: Refresh rate adjustment, choices are "75HZ" "60HZ". Default setting
is "75HZ"
MONITOR: Choose what kind monitor you use, the choices are "LCD" or "CRT"
default is "LCD"
SOURCE: Choose the video source input, the choices are "CVBS" "S-VIDEO",
the default setting is "CVBS" (Composite video).
RESET: Return to factory setup values.
