• When the desired temperature is reached, press
MODE once again, in order to save the value.
• An alarm signal will sound when the set temperature is
reached. Stop the alarm by pressing the Start/Stop button.
Note
Press and hold the MIN or SEC button to change the
temperature quickly.
5.4 Timer
• Press the MIN and SEC buttons to set the desired time
(maximum setting of 99 minutes and 59 seconds).
• Press the Start/Stop button to start the countdown. As
soon as the countdown reaches zero, an alarm sounds.
• Stop the alarm by pressing the Start/Stop button.
• Press the MIN and SEC buttons at the same time to
reset the timer to zero.

5.5 Stopwatch

• Press the Start/Stop button to start the stopwatch.
• To stop the time, press the Start/Stop button again.
• Press the MIN and SEC buttons at the same time to
reset the stopwatch to zero.
5.6 Celsius/Fahrenheit
Press and hold the MEAT button for approximately 2
seconds to switch between the units of temperature °C
and °F.
6. Cleaning
• Clean the stainless steel probe with water and a mild
cleaning agent after each use.
• Do not submerge the sensor and cable in water.
• Only use a damp cloth to clean the cable, thermometer
and base station.
• Not suitable for dishwashers.
