Please find the frequencies the RFID transponder reader is able
to work in, in the table appended.
The maximal transmission performance is 34 mW.
Getting Started:
1. Download the DevPack from https://www.elatec-rfid.com/
support-center/downloads and unzip it on your PC. This
package contains the latest firmware, Technical Manual and
the Configuration tool.
2. Connect the reader to a host (i.e PC) and wait until the device
starts up.
3. For USB devices only: once the device has been powered up,
it is waiting for completion of the enumeration by the host. As
long as the device is not enumerated, it is entering a minimum
power consumption mode, where both LEDs are turned off.
4. Some transponder readers need an initialization, please refer
to the user manual for more information
5. As soon as the device has completed the initialization,
it is entering normal mode, the device is searching for
transponders continuously.
6. For further assistance please refer to the technical manual or
contact ELATEC support: support-rfid@elatec.com or visit the
ELATEC website for more information: www.elatec.com
7. For use with other interfaces than USB or RS232 please refer
to the manual, that can be found in the DevPack (i.e. RS-485
or Wiegand etc.)
