The soup mixer is suitable for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, baby food, milkshakes and
other mixed food.
Caution: do not mix food without adding fluid.
1.
Put the soup mixer on the motor unit and turn it clockwise until you hear a click.

Put the plug in the socket.

Place the mixer upright in the bowl with ingredients. Do hold tilt the mixer to avoid
splattering.
4.
Select the speed with the speed regulator and press the on/off button to mix. Keep it
pressed in. The speed can be adjusted while mixing, using the speed regulator. Or push
the turbo button to mix at top speed.
5.
After use, remove the plug from the socket. Disconnect the soup mixer by turning it
counterclockwise.

Always unplug the appliance from the socket before cleaning.
▪
Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth.
▪
Please note: after processing very salty food, the blades must be washed off immediately.
▪
Remove the soup mixer from the appliance and rinse it off under running water. Never
immerse the mixer in water. Do not use abrasive agents or detergent to clean the mixer.
▪
Dry the mixer thoroughly. Be careful: the blades are very sharp.
