IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Do not use the appliance for purposes different from those described in this
instruction manual. Any other use is deemed improper and hence dangerous.
Check that the appliance voltage requirement on the data plate corresponds
to the electric power source before plugging in. Always unplug appliance when
not in use, before cleaning it and in case of malfunction. The sterilizer must not
be used if the appliance and/or the power cord are clearly damaged or irregular
operation is detected. In case of doubt call an authorized service centre. Do not
tamper with the appliance attempting to fix it or to replace damaged parts, as
such behaviour would nullify the warrantee.
Warning: this appliance is not a toy. This appliance shall not be used by
children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children
Always place and store the appliance away from heat, sunlight, moisture, sharp
objects and similar items.
This appliance may be used by children of more than 8 years of age, persons
with physical, sensory or mental capabilities or inexpert persons only if they
have been previously trained in using it in a safe manner, and only if they have
been informed of the dangers the product can cause.
Children may not play with the appliance. Children may not clean or carry out
any maintenance on the appliance without adult supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be changed by manufacturer or by its
service agent or by a qualified person in order to avoid an hazard.
Attention: surfaces become hot during use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Place the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged
- Prepare 75ml water and pour it into the tank
- Thoroughly wash feeding bottles and accessories and rinse with plenty of cold water before sterilizing them.
- Remove lid
- Pour the water previously prepared into the sterilizer tank
- Unscrew caps and place bottles upside down in the main container. Such operation enables best steam penetration inside the bottles.
- Feeding bottle accessories (such as teats, caps and other small accessories to be sterilized) must be put on the tray attachment
to be placed in the upper part of the appliance.
- Cover the tank with the lid and plug in appliance. Then press the button, the operation LED will light up. The sterilizer is now working.
- The sterilization process lasts approx 11 minutes, the appliance then turns off automatically.
The LED switches off automatically and the appliance stops working.
- To resume peration shift front button downwards. The appliance will switch on again.
- Do not employ the appliance for uses different from those it was designed for
(sterilization of feeding bottles and of related accessories)
- Once finished, clean the sterilizer inside and allow to air for a while.
