Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix egg yolks, milk, butter and pepper. Stir in
the flour-mix and then add the ham and cheese. Beat the egg whites and stir them
in carefully.
Tip:
You can vary the ingredients e.g. roughly grated apples, raisins, olives etc. can be
mixed into the dough.
Buttermilk or cream gives a different flavour. Other types of dough, out of recipe
books, can easily be prepared in the device as well.
Leave the dough to swell for at least 30 minutes.
