3. Implementation

To implement the product, simply connect it to the USB port of your PC or product using the Dongle WMBUS AMR.
• In the case of a computer running Windows you need to first install the adequate driver.
• In the case of a computer or device on Linux, Dongle WMBUS AMR uses the native CDC ACM driver and does not require any installation

3.1. Installation of a driver under Windows

3.1.1 Windows XP/7/Vista

• Download USB_DONGLE_DRIVER_WMBUS driver on the Adeunis RF website (Product page Dongle WMBUS or download zone).
• Once the . ZIP file «virtualserialarf» downloaded, extract the «VirtualSerialARF.inf» and save it in a dedicated folder.
• Plug the USB Dongle WMBUS the USB port of your computer.
• After a few moments, your computer tells you that you do not have the right driver.
• Go to -> Control Panel -> All control panel -> Device manager menu of your computer.
• Select «Adeunis-RF WMBUS Dongle»
