Starting of the INOX CLEANER 350 W
■
After having switched on the unit the following information appears on the display
■
The INOX CLEANER is now ready for operation
Weldseam cleaning with carbon brush
■
By pressing the button for process selection once the display shows
■
Attach the grounding terminal to your stainless steel part.
■
A carbon brush is screwed onto the handle and this one is then connected to the handle
cable.
■
Plunge the carbon brush into the electrolyte SPEED (in case of overhead work, please
use the electrolyte OVERHEAD).
■
This electrolyte is pasty and sticks to your part.
■
Run the carbon brush over the oxide layer to be removed (visible oxide fi lm) until it is
brushed off.
■
If necessary, plunge the carbon brush repeatedly into the electrolyte.
■
You therefore do not have to take the brush of the handle cable.
Polish with carbon brush
■
By pressing the button for process selection twice the display shows
■
Attach the grounding terminal to your stainless steel part.
■
A carbon brush is screwed onto the handle and this one is then connected to the handle
cable.
■
Plunge the carbon brush into the electrolyte for polishing.
■
Run the carbon brush over the stainless steel and start the polishing process.
■
This can take several seconds. Finish your work when the desired result is achieved.
Polishing in corners that are diffi cult to reach is possible.
