Zero point setting

1. Wait 10 minutes for the internal warm-up phase and temperature stabilisation.
2. Press the On/Off switch (1) on the console twice briefly.

Display of the hand-held shows "Zero OK" and the display of the console
shows "Zero ADJ OK".

The gas presence detector is operational again.
3. For highest accuracy of the gas presence detector, repeat the zero point setting
regularly.
To remind the operator of the zero point setting, the message "Zero ?" appears on the
hand-held display and "Zero Adjustment ?" on the console display every 30 minutes).
The messages disappear after the zero point setting has been carried out.

The zero point setting may only be performed in SF₆ gas-free atmospheres.
