Hints
• For best results use deep but narrow mixing
containers.
• Operation speed depends on the amount
and consistency of the food to be mixed,
as well as on the form and size of the
container.
• When mixing liquids use a tall container or
mix small quantities at a time to reduce
spillage.
• Never add ingredients to container while
product is operating.
• Always start mixing at a low speed, and
then gradually increase it.
Cleaning and care
Warning
Before cleaning, make sure to switch off the
product and disconnect it from the electrical
outlet and let it cool completely.

Possible causes
• Interrupted power supply.
• Product is overheated.

Warning
• Make sure that no moisture is entering
the product during cleaning.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or
other liquids.
• Never hold the product under running
water.
Cleaning the beaters and dough

down for approx. 20 minutes.
