Operation
Opening:
Insert the crank (I) in the hole for the "OPEN – CLOSE" function on the
crank housing and push it in firmly until it locks into place.
Turn the crank clockwise to open the parasol.
Make sure that the braces of the parasol do not become
jammed. It may be necessary to pull the ends of the braces
slightly outward.
Make sure that there are no obstacles (walls, tables, trees, etc.)
preventing the parasol from opening fully.
While opening the parasol by turning the crank (I), unlock the hand lever on
the handle and push it slowly up along the pole.
Always open the parasol fully.
The parasol is fully opened when the canopy is stretched taut.
