Function
Fonction
1. Function selection dial
• Use to select desired cooking function. Turn the function knob until the desired
setting is displayed on the LCD screen. Each function is preprogrammed at a
preset temperature and cooking time (adjustable).
2. Temperature/Minute dial
• Use to select desired temperature. Turn the Temp/Min knob to the left to reduce
the temperature/time or to the right to increase the temperature/time.
3. Temperature display
• Digital display for indicating remaining cooking temperature.
4. Time display
• Digital display indicating remaining cooking time.
5. Temp/Min button
• When adjusting temperature or cooking time, press the Temp/Min button to select
Temperature or time setting. The LCD screen of the selected option will blink- you
may now adjust the temperature or time by turning Temp/Min dial.
6. Start/Cancel button
• Press to start or stop the oven after settings have been established.
7. Fan speed adjust button
• Press the Convection Air Fryer button

BEFORE FIRST USE
(Read the instructions before first use)
NOTE: During first use of the appliance, smoke and/or a slight odour may occur from the
appliance. This is normal and will quickly disappear. It will not recur after appliance has
been used a few more times.
1. Remove and discard any packaging, sticker, or promotional labels/materials before
first use.
2. Remove and clean the air fryer basket, crumb tray, oven rack and baking pan in warm
soapy water using a non abrasive sponge and dry thoroughly.
