What is Tourmaline?
Tourmaline is a precious stone that possesses unique ionic and infrared properties; it is a
natural emitter of negative ions and infrared waves. Crushed Tourmaline mineral becomes
decidedly electric when heated or rubbed. When the Tourmaline coated ceramic plates
are heated up, the Tourmaline particles are able to release negative ions, and also
generate FIR (Far Infrared) heat.
Negative ions eliminate static electricity by attaching to hair follicles at the molecular level
