Plug the radio repeater into a power socket. When choosing a plug socket,
please note that the radio repeater will optimally extend your radio network by
locating it approximately halfway between the radio transmitter and receiver
for which you wish to extend the radio range.
The radio repeater works best if placed at a higher level, e.g., on a shelf or on
top of a cupboard. Make sure that there are no metal surfaces in close proxim-
ity to the radio repeater such as a steel cabinet or a metal window sill. Such
surfaces can seriously impair the function of the radio repeater.
When positioning the radio repeater, we recommend using a radio analysis
tool to check that the radio signal is stronger at the receiver to which it is
coupled.
