STORAGE
When not using your spray gun, turn the fluid adjustment knob counter-clockwise
to open, which will reduce spring tension on needle fluid tip.
Air-powered gravity-feed spray gun MUST BE well cleaned and lightly lubricated
after each use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! If any of the following symptoms appears while operating the tool, stop
using the tool immediately, or serious personal injury could result. Only authorized
service centre should perform repairs on this tool. Disconnect the electrical plug and
disconnect any tools from air supply before attempting any adjustment.
NOTE: Troubleshooting problems may have similar causes and solutions.
PROBABLE CAUSE
1.
Fluid level is tool low.
2.
Container is tipped too far.
3.
Loose fluid inlet connection.
4.
Loose or damaged fluid tip/seat.
5.
Dry or loose fluid needle packing nut.
6.
Air vent is clogged.

Fluid nozzle is worn or loose.
2. Material build up on air cap.

Material is too thin or not enough.
