Important safety instructions

Caution: do not
use the appliance
in the vicinity of a
bath, shower or swimming-
pool, over a washbasin
filled with water or near any
other receptacle containing
water.
∙ In the vicinity of any water
source, there is a risk
even when the appliance
is switched off. Therefore,
always remove the plug
from the wall socket after
use, especially if the
appliance is being used in
a bathroom.
∙ Additional protection is
available by fitting an earth-
leakage circuit-breaker
with a rated tripping current
not exceeding 30 mA into
your bathroom installation.
Please consult a qualified
electrician.
∙ In order to avoid hazards,
repairs to this electrical
appliance or its power
cord must be carried out
by our customer service.
If repairs are needed,
please send the appliance
to our customer service
department (see appendix).
