Note 1 - If the rollers won't "cut", this means the dough is too soft: in this
case you should pass the dough through the smooth rollers, after adding some
flour to the mixture.
Note 2 - However when the dough is too dry and cannot be "caught" by the
cutting rollers, add a little water to the mixture and pass it once again through
the smooth rollers.
MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE
- Always remove the motor before cleaning the machine (and use the
handle to turn the rollers).
- Remove the lead from the mains before cleaning the motor and before any
maintenance operations!
- Should the motor stop working, you can use the handle supplied to
continue your work.
- Never wash the machine with water or in the dish washer! (Fig. 7).
- Use a soft cloth to clean the motor after use (Fig. 8).
- Any repairs which need to be made to the electrical parts must be carried
out by trained personnel.
- Unauthorised persons are forbidden access to the inside of the motor.
The crossed-out wheeled bin means that within the European
Union the product must be taken to separate collection at the
product end-of life. Do not dispose of these products as unsorted
municipal waste.
