INFORMATION FOR ACCESS
The EptaBricks model has EPTA software installed on each collection point.
This manual describes access to the software via:
•
CLIENT PROFILE
•
DELIVERIES OPERATOR PROFILE
•
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PROFILE
Each profile has rights, therefore different menu displays are required.
CLIENT PROFILE
The PILOT column allows collection of orders, both using scanning/entering the order number and scanning/entering the loyalty
card.
For the loyalty card, if the client has multiple orders in the doors, a specific screen will appear with the list of orders which can
be collected.
The doors open one by one; to open the next door, you need to close the previous one.
At the end of collection, the client has the possibility of:
•
Finishing collection then returning to the initial screen.
•
Opening the doors again (if the client is unsure whether an item was forgotten).
If a problem occurs during resetting, an appropriate message will be displayed for the client.
This screen is customised based on the sales point.
CLIENT PROFILE - PRODUCT COLLECTION

Access product collection by pressing the central, white key.

Enter the order number on the right of the screen or scan the
QR code.
