Congratulations for purchasing this product!
To ensure that the lock functions free of any trouble, we strongly advise you to read the instruction
manual very carefully before using it. Please keep this manual, as it contains valuable information in case
your electronic lock needs to be serviced.
1. Putting the lock into operation:
Before putting the lock into operation, please take the following steps for safety reasons:
• Install the batteries according to item 5 of the instruction manual.
• Change the factory user code
• Change the factory emergency code

2. Opening the lock:
The lock opens if it recognises memorised your secret code. On opening the lock for the first time, you
must enter the present factory code. Later, after your have programmed the lock, you will use your
personal 3 to 8 digit code. Don't wait longer then 5 seconds between each step when opening the safe,
else the lock disconnects. To open the safe, proceed as follows:
• Press START.
• Enter your 6 digit code n n n n n n (factory user code
• Turn the handle to the right.
• The door is open.
Should you enter a wrong code, OPEN will not appear on the display and the lock won't open. After
entering a wrong code 4 times, the buzzer will give an alarm signal for 3 minutes.
To avoid anyone seeing your secret code when entering it, just press the START key twice. The digits
won't appear on the display.
3. Closing the safe
• Close the door.
• Turn the handle to the left.
• The safe is closed.
• Check whether the door is properly locked.
4. Memorising your user code:
You can programme your own user code. Please notice that this manipulation will overwrite the old
code. Do not use codes referring to your person such as date of birth, telephone numbers etc. Keep your
code in a safe place but never inside of your safe. Should you accidentally make a wrong manipulation,
your old code will stay in the memory. To program a new secret code, proceed as follows:
• Open the door according to item 2 of the instructions manual.
• Press START.
• Enter your new 6 digit code n n n n n n.
• Press the white MEMORY button on the inside of the door.
