WARNING:

Always remove battery pack from the tool when you are
assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when
not in use. Removing battery pack will prevent accidental
starting that could cause serious personal injury.

Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to
comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do so could result in
objects being thrown into your eyes, resulting in possible
serious injury.
APPLICATIONS

ATTACH BELT CLIP
See Figure 1, page 11.
The belt clip can be installed on the left or right side of the
nailer, depending on operator preference.
Align belt clip and screw with right or left side screw hole.
Using a phillips head screwdriver (not included) tighten
securely.
TO INSTALL/REMOVE BATTERY PACK
See Figure 2, page 11.
To install battery pack:
Align raised rib inside tool with groove on battery pack.
Make sure the latches on each side of the battery pack
snap into place and battery pack is secured in tool before
beginning operation.
NOTE: Pull the secondary trigger to reactivate nailer.
To remove battery pack:
Locate latches on battery pack and depress to release
battery pack from the tool.

OPERATION
NO-MAR PAD
See Figure 3, page 11.
The no-mar pad attached to the nose of the tool helps pre-
vent marring and denting when working with softer woods.
Remove the battery pack. Remove the pad by pulling it up
and away from the nose. To replace the pad, fit it into place
over the nose and push down to reseat.
On-board storage for the pad is located on the magazine of
the tool. An extra no-mar pad is provided in the on-board
storage area.
LOADING THE TOOL WITH PIN NAILS
See Figures 4 - 5, page 11.
WARNING:
Keep the tool pointed away from yourself and others
when loading nails. Failure to do so could result in pos-
sible serious personal injury.
Remove battery pack from the tool.
With the nose of the tool pointed away from you, squeeze
magazine release button located at the rear of the maga-
zine and slide the magazine cover open.
Place pin nails in the channel with nail tips pointing down
and resting on bottom of the channel.
Push the magazine cover closed until it securely snaps
into place.
Make sure that the magazine is securely locked in place.
Reinstall battery pack, and reactivate nailer by pulling the
secondary trigger.
DRIVING PIN NAILS
See Figure 6, page 12.
WARNING:
This tool is equipped with a dual activation trigger,
which will fire a nail every time both of the triggers are
depressed. Do not pull the dual activation system un-
less the nose of the pinner is pressed against the work
surface. Accidental actuation will occur and could cause
serious personal injury.
The tool is shipped from the factory with a dual trigger actua-
tion system. The secondary trigger must be pulled in order
to pull the primary trigger. Each time the primary trigger is
pulled, the tool will drive a fastener.
Install the battery pack, activate tool.
Grip the tool firmly to maintain control.
Press the nose of the tool against the work surface. Pull
the secondary trigger.
