Assembling the steel base – parts list
Please note:
All bags of components for installation and assembly
contain spare nuts and bolts.

Important note:
When assembling the base, make sure that the
profiles are all perfectly square. Check the hori-
zontal and vertical positions of the profiles with a
spirit level. Make sure that all profiles are
assembled in their defined end positions, pushed
together as far as they will go.

Important note:
The two base profiles (1250 mm) for the front wall
(door side) should only be joined together after the
greenhouse has been set up on the base (see step 2/f ).
Please note that the front wall of the greenhouse has
to be fastened to these two profiles later. You should
therefore align your base accordingly.

Important note:
Step 1/b applies only to the steel base for 3-panel
greenhouses.
If you have purchased a steel base for a 4-, 5-, 6- or
7-panel greenhouse, skip step 1/b and continue
with assembly step 1/c.

1/c: Make sure that the long and the short sides are
opposite to each other so that the base plan
corresponds to that of the greenhouse.

Installation of the greenhouse on the base
2/a: Position the greenhouse exactly on the base so
that the front wall (door side) of the greenhouse
stands on the side of the base without ties.
Then fasten the four corner connectors on the base
to the floor corner connectors on the greenhouse.
Important note:
If the greenhouse is not fitted exactly on the base,
loosen the screws on the corner connectors and align
the base profiles again. Retighten the screws when
you have finished installation.

Important note:
Steps 2/c and 2/d apply only to the steel base
for 3-panel greenhouses.
If you have purchased a steel base for a 4-, 5-, 6- or
7-panel greenhouse, skip these steps and continue
with assembly step 2/e.
Figs. 2/c + 2/d: Only for a 3-panel base
2/c: Fit a mounting bracket to the side floor profiles
of your 3-panel greenhouse (Item 6). This is fastened
with the three screws pre-fitted to the floor profile.
To do this, loosen the nuts and then fit the mounting
bracket on the screws.
