Important Information
Proper Use
The COMtrexx Business is a telecommunication system; that will be referred to as PBX in
the following. This PBX connects various internal devices with various public
telecommunication networks, thereby enabling external and internal calls. For this purpose,
the PBX provides a number of different ports/interfaces. The PBX is structured modularly.
The COMtrexx Business is a PBX with a 19" casing available for installation in a 19" rack. It
is suitable for use in structured IT/telecommunication networks.
The PBX is intended to be operated in closed rooms. In addition, all of the devices
permanently connected to the system must be located in the building.
Some of the functions require an additional hardware extension, a software expansion
(activation), activation by network provider, and/or configuration via the web interface.
