ATTENZIONE:
prima
verificare che le sedi coniche di accoppia-
mento (sia dell'alternatore che del motore)
siano regolari e ben pulite.
1) Fissare la flangia al motore (fig. 1).
2) Applicare il tirante -T- per il fissaggio
assiale del rotore avvitandolo a fondo sulla
sporgenza dell'albero motore (fig. 1).
3) Fissare l'alternatore completo alla flangia
con le 4 viti -V- inserendo nelle apposite sedi
i dadi -D- (fig. 2).
4) Bloccare assialmente il rotore applicando
la rondella e serrando il dado autobloccante
sul tirante -T- con chiave dinamometrica (cop-
pia di serraggio 35 Nm).
Attenzione: prima di applicare il dado osser-
vare che la porzione filettata del tirante entri
nel rotore permettendo cosí un sicuro bloc-
caggio.
5) Collegare il condensatore e i connettori
come da schema (fig. 3).
6) Fissare la cuffie di aspirazione aria (le viti
di fissaggio sono automaschianti).

CAUTION: before assembling verify that the
conical coupling parts are in order and clean.
1) Clamp the flange on the drive motor
(fig. 1).
2) Apply the rod -T- for the axial clamping of
the rotor, and screw it tight on the engine shaft
(fig. 1).
3) Secure the complete alternator to its
flange using the 4 screws -V- inserting in to
the appropriate housing the nuts -D- ( fig.2).
4) Lock axially the rotor by placing the washer
and tight the selflocking nut onthe rod -T-,
using a torque spanner (driving torque 35
Nm).
Caution: before applying the nut, make sure
that the threaded part of the rod enters the
rotor in order to obtain a tight lock.
5) Connect the capacitor and the connectors
as the wiring diagram (fig. 3).
6) Clamp the rear inlet grill (the clamp screws
are selfthreaded).

ATTENTION: Avant le montage verifier que
les siéges coniques pour l`accouplement (de
l`alternateur et du moteur) soient en ordre et
propres.
1) Fixer le flasque sur ler moteur thermique
(fig. 1).
2) Monter la tige centrale -T- pour la fixation
axiale, la vissant a fond sur le bout d`arbre du
moteur (fig. 1).
3) Fixer l`alternateur complet a son flasque
avec les 4 vis -V- en inserant les écrous -D-
dans les sieges appropieés
4) Bloquer axialement le rotor, en utilisant la
rondelle et vissant a fond l`écrou autoblo-
quant sur la tige centrale -T- en utilisant la clef
dynamometrique avec un couple de serrage
de 35 Nm.
Attention: avant de mettre l`écrou, controler
que la partie fileteé de la tige centrale entre
dans le rotor, permettant ainsi un bloquage
fermé.
5) Brancher le condensateur et les con-
necteurs suivant le schéma (fig. 3).
6) Fixer les couvercle d`aspiration (les vis de
fixation sont autotaraudeuses).
