In order to reduce strain on the cable inlet,
form a loop and locate the cable around the
strain relief arm.

OPERATION
1. OPERATING THE TRIMMER
Caution: Always wear eye protection.
1) To switch on the trimmer, press the On/Off
switch, release to stop (See Fig H).

2) Use the trimmer at an angle of
approximately 20
to the working area

(see fig I).
3) Slowly swing the trimmer from side to side
(see fig J).
4) Do not overload your trimmer, take small
passes - this will keep your tool operating at
high speed and will greatly improve cutting
efficiency, (see fig K and fig L).
5) Cutting edges
You can use the edge guide to assist in
guiding the trimmer along an edge. (see Fig N)
6) Cutting close to a wall
Use the outside edge of the guard as a guide
when cutting close to an edge.(see Fig O)
