WATER COOLING SYSTEM - TIG AC/DC - 230V - 400W
DESCRIPTION
The External Cooling Unit is for use to cool the torch connected to your AC/DC TIG welding machine. The unit is
equipped with a CEE7-7 plug and must be connected to an EARTHED power supply of 230v protected by a fuse (mini-
mum 10A). When connecting the Cooling Unit to the same power supply as the TIG, use a socket with a minimum of
16A protection.
Attention! Do not connect the Cooling Unit to the power supply when the tank is empty!

ASSEMBLY (FIG. II-A)
Remove the 4 screws at the base of the machine (2 on each side)
Then remove the 6 screws on the upper side of the Cooling Unit (3 on each side)
Position the TIG AC/DC on top of the Cooling Unit, and attach the two plates holding
SET-UP
After assembly, fill up the tank of the Cooling Unit with coolant, taking care not to exceed the «MAX» indicator. You
can use any type of coolant.
Then connect the Torch to the cooling unit.
Connect the cooling unit to the mains supply and turn on at the power switch
MAINTENANCE
After each use, check the level of the cooling liquid is
between the « MIN » and « MAX » level indicators and
top up if needed. Always top up with coolant of the
same type.
• Maintenance must always be carried out by qualified
personnel.
• Regularly check the condition of the power supply
cable. If damaged, it will need to be replaced by the
manufacturer; it's approved after sales service agent or
a qualified person to avoid danger.
• We recommend removing the steel cover 2 or 3 times a
year to clear any excess dust. Take this opportunity to
have the electrical connections checked by a qualified
person with an insulated tool.
