FLASHLIGHT
1. To use the flashlight feature of OnGo, press the FLASHLIGHT button.
2. To turn OFF the flashlight, press the FLASHLIGHT button again.
NOTE: The flashlight will automatically turn off after a couple of minutes.

• Incorrect use or incompatibility with your device may result in reduced battery performance or
damage to your device.
• Verify device is 5 Volts for compatibility with OnGo.
• Do not attempt to disassemble product.
• Store and operate between 32°F-113°F
• Do not allow this product to have contact with liquids.
• Do not place this product near a heat source or flame.
• Do not throw or shake.
• Do not operate if it has been subjected to shock or damage.
• Do not crush or puncture the battery.
• Recharge the battery every 3 months when not in use. Use soft cloth to clean the exterior. Do not
use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning solvents.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Device will not charge.
a. Verify the OnGo is powered ON.
b. Verify the OnGo is charged – Check status based on number of LED.
c. Verify device to be charged requires 5 Volts.
d. Verify devices to be simultaneously charged do not total exceed more than the
maximum allowable Amps (6.8A) combined.
e. Verify any device plugged into the 2.4 Amp port does not draw more than 2.5 Amps.
f. Verify any devices plugged into the 1 Amp ports do not draw more than 1.3 Amps.
g. Verify USB charge cable is correctly inserted in battery and device.
