1. GENERAL INFORMATION

You have purchased one of our quality EICKEMEYER® products. This product has been manufactured according to the best available
technology. If looked after according to the guidelines, it should last for many years.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
You can raise and lower the table with its built-in electrical footswitch. To avoid unwanted movement, apply the brake of the table. It can
be found on the right brake castor; lift the brake pedal to loosen the brake.

3. DAILY INSPECTION

Check daily for
• scratches and dents
• vertical clearance of the table itself
• operability of the brake
• operability of the emergency stop switch
• smooth function of the castors
• tightening of screws and nuts.
In the event of damage or failure no attempt should be made to tamper with or make any type of repair, instead please contact the
EICKEMEYER® customer service for further information, stating the nature of complaint.

4. FURTHER INFORMATION

4.1 Tables with rechargeable battery
To maintain the maximum lifetime of the battery it must be fully charged (at least 6 hours of charging time). A fully loaded battery becomes
apparent when the yellow "loading-LED" switches to the green LED. Once the battery has reached a critical power level an acoustic alarm
will sound. Once you hear this alarm sound the battery must be charged immediately. EICKEMEYER® strongly discourages draining the
battery completely as this will reduce its lifespan dramatically. If the battery is stored it should be recharged every six months due to its
self-discharge.
4.2 Tables with electrical tilt-function
With the help of the second foot pedal the table can be tilted.
The integrated weighing scale option and the tilt option cannot be combined with each other.
WARNING: DO NOT TILT WHEN THE PATIENT IS TIED DOWN!
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the table is making screeching noise or is very slow to move up or down, please check the following:
5.1 Check status of the battery: Charge the battery for several hours to ensure that it is fully charged.
5.2 Deformities: Check the table for any abnormalities like dents or twisted parts. If so, immediately contact EICKEMEYER® Support.
5.3 Debris or dirt on surfaces: First ensure the table is steady and in position then check all the outer and inner running surfaces. If the
running surfaces are dirty or contaminated, clean them with a suitable cleaning agent (see 6).
