WHAT TO DO IF YOU PUNCTURE
If possible, remove the object that caused
the puncture and start the engine (only if the
vehicle is in the open) in order to preserve
the battery. Make sure you unravel the hose
properly and do not leave the compressor
unattended. Every ten minutes turn the
compressor off, in order to avoid overheating.
Do not use the sealant after the expiry date
and, if necessary, use a new bottle.
The puncture is repaired in two steps. Firstly,
the sealant is pumped into the tire in order
to reach the minimum pressure; then it
is necessary to drive for 2 or 3 miles as
the sealant pumped into the tire needs to
spread around and over the punctured area.
Secondly, re-examine the tire and inflate to
the pressure listed in handbook. Now it is
possible to drive for maximum 185 miles at a
maximum speed of 50 mph.
WARNING
If the engine runs in an indoor place
there is a serious risk of death.
WARNING
During the inflation stay away from the
tire and check the prospective formation
of bubbles or deformation on the tire.
Do not use the tire repair kit if the tire is
seriously damaged (bubbles, deformation,
tearing). The repair kit works only for
punctures located on the tread and not
on the side of the tire
In accordance with the law, electric
tools that have reached the end of
their life must be collected separately
and returned to an environmentally
compatible recycling facility.
