Prepare and cut your food into small uniform cubes (2 to 3 cm): meat, bread, fruit, etc.

Wait until the oil / cheese / chocolate has reached the desired temperature. Dip a
piece of meat / bread/ fruit into the fondue pot to check if it is hot enough.

Spear the food with your fork and carefully dip the end of the fork into the fondue. Be
careful not to splatter. You can rest your fork in one of the fork holder's slots while
waiting for your food to cook.
Advice:
Depending on the amount of meat / cheese / fruit inside the fondue pot, the
liquid in the pot can start to boil. If this occurs, turn the temperature selector
to "0" to decrease the temperature of the thermostat.
Avoid criss-crossing the forks and remove them carefully. Let the food drip
inside the pot for a few moments before placing it on your plate.
For best results, we recommend that you change the oil after each use.
IV. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, turn it off, unplug it and allow it to cool completely.
Clean the base with a soft cloth.
Never use abrasive products.
Never immerse the heating base in water or other liquid.
Clean the fondue pot, the fork holder and forks with water, a little soap, and a soft
cloth or sponge. If necessary, soak the pot in warm, soapy water.
Never use scouring sponges or scrapers as they may damage the appliance.
Do not clean any part of the appliance in your dishwasher. The parts are not
dishwasher-safe.
V. TREATMENT IF THE ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC
APPLIANCES AT THE END OF THE LIFE
Application in the countries belonged to the European Union and in other European
countries which have a selective collect system. This symbol on the product or on its
packaging indicates that this product shall not be treated as household waste. Instead it
shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
