37. Do not move or turn the appliance when hot. This
could cause the hot liquid to splatter or spill out.
38. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
39. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in
contact with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below
paragraph "cleaning" in manual.
I.2 SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Never mix water and oil. This may cause the hot
liquid to splatter, potentially resulting in serious burns.
2. The appliance is heated to a very high temperature.
Do not touch the surfaces; use only the handles and
knobs.
3. Caution: Do not mix fats and oils together as the
fondue pot may overheat. Mixing different types of oils
and/or fats may also be very dangerous.
4. If the oil or fat catches fire, do not try to extinguish
the flames with water. Smother the flames with a damp
cloth.
5. Do not put fondue forks in your mouth. They are
very sharp.
