9. GUARANTEE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

sach provides a guarantee only and exclusively to the end user. the period covered by
this guarantee is 24 months from the date of installation, which will appear on the guarantee
card provided to the user. this card must include complete data of the user and will be sent
within 15 days after the installation date.
in the event that sach does not receive said card, sach will use the manufacturing date of
said unit, its responsibility thus being reduced to unit repair and relieving sach from damage
to objects, persons or even third parties.
the customer is responsible for the correct installation of the central vacuum unit and its co-
rrect use, the guarantee covering any fault in the central vacuum unit as long as it is not caused
by inadequate use or bad handling.
sach reserves the right to cancel the validity of this guarantee when the central vacuum unit
is handled by persons other than our technical assistance or authorised centres or when non-
original spare parts or accessories are installed.
