Operation
1.
Insert the dies in the crimping head. Make sure that they lock in the ball seat properly.
Do not put pressure on the crimping head without inserted dies.
2.
Position the cable shoe or cable connector in the crimping head.
3.
Move the pump lever slowly and equally up and down until you hear a "click". The dies should now touch.
4.
Move the pump lever up, turn it counterclockwise until it stops and press it down so the back fow valve opens
and the piston moves back into the starting position.
5.
To change the dies press with the necessary force laterally on the dies until they are released from the ball
seat.
Care
It is important to clean the tool after each use and replace it in its transport case. In case of long-time storage it is
necessary to slightly grease the tool parts. Keep the tool inside a well-ventilated room. Avoid fast temperature
changes in order to prevent condensation.
