Filling with water or emptying the water tank

Immediately after use
20. Never operate the iron with damaged power cord
or plug, or after it has fallen or been damaged in any
way. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
disassemble the iron, take it to a qualified serviceman
for examination and repair.
21. Do not forget that temperature of the soleplate is
high. Handle with care to avoid any risk burn. Do not
touch directly the soleplate. Use the handle to carry or
move the unit.
22. The plug and cord should not be allowed to touch
the hot sole plate. Let the iron cool down completely
before taking it away. To store it, wrap the cable
around the base.
23. The iron must only be used with stand provided.
24. The iron must be used and rested on a flat, stable
surface.
25. When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the
surface on which the stand is placed is stable.
26. The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if
there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
27. Repairs to the appliance must only be carried out
by an authorized specialist or by the works customer
