2. Slide the cable through the tool head or open the tool head by pulling the locking pin. Make sure that the locking
pin is re-engaged properly before you cut.
3. Actuate the hydraulic pump to push the movable blade towards the cable. Make sure that the cable is in the
correct cutting position. Actuate the hydraulic pump again to start the cutting process. The blade has to move on
equally until the cable is entirely cut through.
Shoud the cable not be cut through entirely release the
pressure by opening the valve of the hydraulic pump so
the blade can be moved back.
Turn the cable around (90° ) and repeat the cutting
process.
4. Open the pressure relief valve of the hydraulic pump immediately after the cutting process is done to drive back
the movable blade in its rear position.
