OF CONTROL UNIT INDICATED ON THE LABEL FIG. [B] (6). THE
TYPE OF THE CONTROL UNIT IS SPECIFIED ON THE BACK OF
THE CONTROL UNIT FIG. [C] (13).
• THIS HEATED BLANkET IS NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL USE
INSIDE OF HOSPITALS.
• After having removed the heated blanket from its packaging, verify its
integrity based on the drawing and any presence of damage caused by
transport. If in doubt, do not use the heated blanket and contact customer
care at 800-372-2018 or customercare@berkshireblanket.com.

DO NOT let children play with the packaging! keep the plastic bag
out of the reach of children - risk of suffocation!
• Before connecting the heated blanket, please make sure that the
voltage data indicated on the identification technical data correspond
to those of the supply voltage. The identification technical data are
found on the label Fig. [B] (6).
• This heated blanket must be used only for the purpose for which it
was designed, namely as a blanket for home use. Any other use is
considered not compliant and therefore dangerous.

WARNING – NOT suitable for children under the age of 3. Children
under the age of 3 must not use the appliance due to their inability to
react to overheating.
•
DO NOT activate the control unit with wet hands.
•
DO NOT pull the power cord or the heated blanket itself to remove
the plug from the socket. Always disconnect the plug Fig. [B] (3).
• Always disconnect the plug from the power cord Fig. [B] (3) and the
female connector Fig. [A] (2) before cleaning or performing maintenance
and when the heated blanket is not in use.
